Haridwar - Rishikesh
Feb 10th 2007 The travel bug started to distrub me as soon as I got the holiday list for 2007! Jan 26th falls on a friday. That means 3 consecutive days leave!!!! How could we (myself and my friends) sit in the room doing nothing? How abt a trip for 3 days? Night Stay in the some jungle.... campfire...Safari... Hmmmm... its sounded tempting for all of us. After gathering a lot of info from the net, dismissing Sariska National Park and Jim Corbett NP, we decided we are going to Rajaji National Park! As per our plan we were to enjoy 1 or 2 Safaris inside the park, get accomodation inside any of the forest guest houses there and next day visit Rishikesh! But once we started the trip, changes were made to the well laid plans; but believe me, it was one hell of a trip! Now let me introduce you to the "we".
